Inaccessible Property fee wil be charged if we arrive at the property for a gas inspection and find:
No access to property
Home is all electric
Gas/ electric is off to property
Not notified of cancellation of home inspection
 
Return Trip Fee will be charged:
If we must return to property to reinspect after repairs have been made
If we need to return to property to verify conflicting inspection reports (this fee will be determined by the situation)
